May 8th 2009, the Wedding of Kyle & Louisa Kapitanski. The wedding was held at Noel's Restaurant in Mendon Vermont (http://www.noelscatering.com). This was the first wedding held at Noel's since their opening earlier this year. Although thunderstorms were forecasted, the weather was nice for the ceremony held on the rear deck. Formals were taken in the grassy areas behind the restaurant and after finishing, the rain started. Very nice small wedding held in the tavern with friends, family and love. The Garlic-Herb chicken was great! Not to mention the unusual wedding cake, made by the best wo-man (Kyle's sister), Blueberry cake.
